Shipping Information:

Our shipping charges are based on the weight and size of your order. All orders are shipped out from Canada. Orders will be
processed and shipped once we receive credit card authorization. At this time, we are unable to ship orders out to P.O.
Boxes or destinations outside Canada and the United States. (Shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, Northwest
Territories and U.S. territories.) In stock items will be shipped within ten days. You will be contacted via e-mail if your order
cannot be completely filled within two weeks.

Estimating Delivery Dates

BC. & AB customers should receive their package within 3-5 days while all other provinces may take up to 1.5 weeks of
delivery. Packages sent to USA are delivered by Canada Post and may take up to 2.5 weeks of delivery. Please note that
orders cannot be processed and shipped until credit card authorization and verification is received. Also, Canada Post and
Canpar deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipment Confirmation

Once you have placed your order and providing us with a valid e-mail address, you will receive two emails. The first e-mail
contains an order number, which confirms that your order has been received. The e-mail should arrive within approximately
48 hours after your order has been received.The second e-mail contains tracking information on your order and confirms
that it has been shipped. This e-mail should arrive approximately 48 hours following the authorization of your credit card
and verification of your information.

Track Order

You can track your order by using the Canada Post or Canpar tracking number included in the e-mail sent to you,
confirming the shipment of your order. This tracking number may be used to check the status of your order online at
www.canadapost.com or www.canpar.com. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours before tracking information appears
on the carrier's website.

Out-of-stock Items

Although we make every effort to maintain stock and satisfy our customers, occasionally we are out of certain items. If we
are permanently out of stock on an item that you have ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected
in your order total and shipping confirmation. Please direct your inquires to customer@cnkw.ca concerning out-of-stock
items.
